Refunds and Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy for eligible items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@evolvebiohacking.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return, and we will provide you with return instructions.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

  • Items must be returned in "Like New" condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Certain products, including certified pre-owned or used products, are ineligible for returns.
  • If a specific product has a different return policy, it will be clearly stated in the product description.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@evolvebiohacking.com with photos of the damage.
  • We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
  • If your order is incorrect, we will correct the mistake at no cost to you. We may ask you to return the incorrect items to us and we will cover the shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund. Some products are built to order and are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been processed, we will note this on the respective product pages.
  • Orders canceled after shipment must be returned under our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Exceptions & Additional Notes

  • We only sell to customers intending to use the item(s) for their full economic life. Orders placed for one-time or temporary use (e.g., trade shows, conferences, promotional events, etc.) are not eligible for return.
  • Keep all original packaging for any items that may need to be returned.
  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being processed.
