UltraFiltration (UF) utilizes a 0.02-micron membrane to reduce micro-organisms and lower Total Suspended Solids (TSS) without creating wastewater. For those requiring further purification, adding a Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane is recommended.

Do I Need Reverse Osmosis (RO)?

While UF effectively reduces contaminants, RO provides additional purification by removing even smaller particles and a wider range of contaminants. As a secondary treatment, RO filters out particles that are not captured by UF, redirecting waste through a kitchen drain line.
